Local goods: Slingshot Cold Brew Coffee

Living in the Triangle makes buying local a breeze. There is a tight knit food community that produces some amazing goods and meals, of course. There are also great farmers markets, a mobile market, an increasing number of food trucks, a culinary incubator, and some of the best restaurants in the South.

Slingshot Coffee Co. is an example of a small, local business that's kicking ass. They produce some of the best cold brew around. And believe me, I know my cold brew. You can find me drinking it year around.

They use organic Counter Culture coffee beans which are roasted in Durham and they make the cold brew at their headquarters within Oak City Cycling in Raleigh.
